Hi everyone,
I know it's been a long wait, but fulfillment has finally begun. The fine people at TopatoCo are putting together everyone's packages as we speak. Many of you have already received email notices with tracking info. If you are entitled to posters, those will arrive later in a separate shipment (they haven't arrived from the printer yet).
Once you start playing the game, if you have any questions not answered by the rulebook, please check out the forums on Board Game Geek and leave questions there so we can build a reference for everyone to learn from.

Pre-order people Don't Need Surveys

Just a clarification: if you missed the Kickstarter campaign, but made a pre-order after the campaign ended, then you are seeing these updates I post, but you do NOT need to fill our a survey (and one hasn't been sent to you).

Sara at MakeThatThing tells me she sent out the surveys. Please fill these out ASAP.
If you already filled out the survey, some of you who get to select posters may have encountered difficulty selecting posters. Some people have said the drop down menu couldn't be accessed and the poster selection couldn't be changed - it was just defaulting to the first entry.
Sara tells me this is fixed now, so you'll need to log back in to BackerKit and update your survey (you only need to do this if you are receiving a poster).

If you are entitled to a poster, but don't actually want one - please let me know directly! ([email protected]) It would save us a lot of money to skip that part of fulfillment, turns out to be way more expensive than anticipated. I can add a note to your account that we can ignore the poster fulfillment.
But the posters are pretty cool, especially the Pantheon posters... and they are printed on Matte paper, so they look pretty sweet. Just sayin'.
Our Survey is Coming Monday

On Monday we'll be sending out a link via email for our BackerKit survey where you give us your address, so we can finally ship you the game! Keep an eye out. Monday! It is important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can since we need this information for fulfilling your rewards. You do not have access to this survey link yet, but it will be available soon via email!
Using BackerKit is optional, and we are using it because it saves time and helps us organize data. If you do not want to use BackerKit, you can private message us and we can handle your information manually instead.

If you decide later that you want to edit your survey response, you can go back to your survey and change it any time before we lock down the surveys for processing.
If you use your Facebook login for your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey will be sent to the email you used for your Facebook account. If you have another email address that you would prefer to use, please contact support at .backerkit.com/faq and we'll get you sorted out!

AND LO, the great shipping vessel "Ever Learned" did verily belch its contents onto a New Jersey port, including several pallets of game boxes with the phrase "infectious disease" emblazoned in its subtitle. And yet, amazingly, no absurd interventions were declared, no emergency protocols were put in place, no biohazard suits were donned. The games continued on their merry way to a Massachusetts warehouse, where now they sit.
Do you have our shipping addresses yet?
No! We haven't sent out the survey yet. Coming soon. Because I offered a ridiculous variety of posters (advice to future Kickstarter launches, do NOT do this) I can't send out the survey until I get all those poster designs up and viewable, so that when I ask certain backers which poster they want, there will be some way to record a relevant answer. We have TOP MEN working on it right now. TOP MEN.
Keep an eye out for our forthcoming survey asking for your address.
Will I have my game before 2016 ends?
Sadly, no. These things just don't have that kind of turnaround. We have to send the survey out, organize the data, order the extras... different people will receive their orders at different times depending on their location and which items they receive. Thank you, AGAIN, for your continued patience!
